You think you know how people use your website?

Some people have special requirements: they may need larger text, they may have an old browser that doesn't do the fancy stuff or they may rely on software which reads your site aloud to them. If they find your site difficult to use, they will go away, never to return.

In short, your website must be usable.

How will people find you?
You would be surprised how often the search engine companies visit your website looking for interesting content to tell the world about. Especially if your site has been submitted to Google, AltaVista and the rest.

Your site must also be usable to them, or you won't be found by anybody searching. The way your site is indexed depends on a number of factors, and these change constantly.

I offer A Usability Review service. This can be for existing or proposed websites.
